We offer the most comprehensive home inspection services available. Our residential re-sale home inspection starts at $375, and $425 for new construction, (plus tax) prices can go up depending on size/sq ft. of the home.

We start at the exterior of the home. We use a macro and micro approach to look at both the big picture and all the little details.

Next we move to the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stacks, and any other systems or components located on the roof.

We then move inside the house, and starting at the bottom, work our way up through the home into the attic. While inside, we address such things as the structure, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation, fireplaces and any other systems or components.

Our evaluation is then communicated through a detailed inspection report, which includes descriptions of all the systems in the home, as well as any defects and recommended improvements.

    Sewer Scope Inspection

A sewer scope inspection is an invaluable tool that can uncover hidden defects within your home's drainage system that are otherwise difficult to assess. We insert a high resolution camera into the sewer line running from the house to the city main or septic tank. This allows us to capture a clear and detailed view of the sewer line condition, exposing any cracks, blockages, or structural problems that can lead to costly repairs. Whether you're dealing with a new or older home, a sewer scope inspection is a critical part of the home inspection process.

Termite and Wood Destroying Organism Inspections

A termite and wood destroying organism inspection involves a thorough visual examination by a licensed and trained inspector. The inspector will visually inspect accessible areas of the home including the basement, crawlspace, garage and exterior of the home for any signs of active or previous WDO infestations and damage. Termites and other WDO's can cause extensive damage to a home if left untreated. WDO activity can compromise structural integrity throughout the home ultimately, leading to significant repair cost. It is crucial to consider a WDO inspection when purchasing a home, they can be a vital tool to protect your potential home from extensive and costly damage.
